AM I ONLY MEANT TO DRINK THE PROVIDED LIQUIDS WHILE I AM ON THIS CLEANSE?Those who are just starting out can indulge in one light plant-based salad or soup a day to curb any unbearable cravings that might come up. If you chose to eat food at any point during the cleanse, we recommend that you consume your meal in the middle of the day to avoid expending energy through digesting at night. If you are doing an Intermediate or Advanced Stage Cleanse with us we strongly encourage you to commit to the process and stick to the program provided for the best results. In moments of extreme hunger, we suggest you drink water or herbal tea. You'll thank yourself later!

HOW ABOUT A CUP OF COFFEE?Cleanses are intended to detoxify the body and caffeine can be a toxic substance that your body stores. Drinking more would be counterproductive. People who drink caffeine on a daily life basis might experience a headache at points while cleansing as your body reacts to not getting its regular caffeine intake.

WILL I GAIN ENERGY?Yes! During the first few days of your juice cleanse your body heavily detoxifies. This can be tiring, however after this point your body is running off of pure nutrients and fewer toxins. Digestion uses a lot of your energy. By limiting your consumption to juices and smoothies, your body reserves more energy. Once detoxification is complete, that extra energy is then used to fuel greater brain and body function, creating harmony. You will feel better and more clear than before!

IS THERE A SPECIFIC ORDER I SHOULD DRINK MY JUICE AND SMOOTHIES IN?There is no correct order! We only recommend that you drink a lot of water during the day. Save your smoothies or juices for moments of peak hunger in the day. Drink your last juice or smoothie at least three hours before you go to bed to experience the full benefits of the cleanse. Closer to bedtime you can drink hot herbal tea or water.

HOW LONG SHOULD I CLEANSE?A minimum of three days is needed to achieve detoxification. With that said, cleansing is very personal experience. Depending on your diet, the detox process might take more time. Age and activity level is also a factor. Most people older than 30 have begun to store toxins in larger and more dangerous quantities. Seven full days of juice cleansing can significantly purify your blood of bacteria, toxins, and other harmful parasites. People, over the age of 30 especially, should consider committing to at least seven days detoxification. This will catalyze a complete detox, rebooting your body from within.
